Training System for xxx is a system designed and developed by LSI for xxx sonar operator training. The system is composed by:

• xxx Sonar System (without transducers and amplifier)
• Scenario simulator with instructor’s Man Machine Interface

Scenario simulator includes:

• Sonar instructor’s Man Machine Interface to set the simulation parameters
• Kinematic generator for targets and ownship
• Acoustic panorama generator for ambient noise, self noise and reverberation
• Targets noise generator (broadband, narrowband, demon, active echo and active emission)
• Connection with xxx sonar system at hydrophones level for sonar signals
• Connection with the submarine network
• Local and integrated simulation<

  • Integrated: reading and use of NAVS data, sending of targets information on the network for the other systems
