Safety Crytical, fail-safe boards developed for integration into the WCU of the MBDA MARTE-ER missile.

The Pyrotechnical Events Board is a card that contains multiple-break activation lines made with dissimilar technologies to ensure immunity to common failure modes.

Each line is activated by concomitance of several enable signals, bringing a current in the range between 15A and 20A to the external actuators.

The lines are characterized by good efficiency despite the request for high galvanic isolation with the line deactivated.

The Power Supply Board is a power supply that contains:

• The DC/DC converters for generating equipment power supplies
• A Mosfet Oring system for sorting voltages with high loads (up to 70A)
• A double power Hold Up system capable of holding a 200W load for 50ms
• Built-in test circuitry for power generation and for levels supplied by an external thermal coil.

The Motherboard is a rigid-flexible interconnection card that contains all the connectors of the device.
