The ANS-1000 Airborne Network Switch is a compact and rugged unmanaged Layer 2 Gigabit Ethernet Switch, developed to extend the interface capabilities of airborne network architectures.
The ANS-1000 provides 8-ports and a dual redundant power supply input, in order to cope with demanding integrity architectures.
The auto-sensing 1000Base-T Gigabit ethernet ports are backward compatible with 100Base-T Fast Ethernet and 10Base-T Ethernet existing networks.
The ASIC employed does not need any runtime software to be developed, reducing potential problems. Minimal power consumption: less than 3 Watts.
Qualified to meet RTCA/DO-160G Standard.
