The Systems performs a continuous and highly accurate reading of the parameters:

• Volume/level inside the cisterns of the fuel trucks.
• Density of the products.
• Seals alarm (in association with ATS System: see below).
• Jamming alarms.

For each level sensor, DLC supplies a georeferenced real time product volume computed against “tank tables” (level-to-volume). Data can be checked also by single Fuel truck, by single cistern, by single trip, by single period and by volume variation in litres. The Systems takes in account the tank tilt angle.

Its integrated water detection and measurement function makes an additional crucial contribution to quality assurance and to fight frauds. The Systems can be configured up to ten level sensors for ten cisterns and two density sensors (different configurations can be implemented).

The DLC is provided with an active Ex Antenna suitable for GPS and others worldwide transmission systems.
The remote server application can be easily installed on user premises or on cloud logical space.

THE DLC SYSTEM GOT ATEx AND IECEx APPROVALS AND IS SUITABLE TO BE INSTALLED IN RISK ZONE “1”.

The System can be personalized on customer request.
