Active Radio-controlled Sealing

The ATS-01 is a robust electronic system for the remote sensing of sealing opening and is designed to work on fixed sealing. The system is based on a central unit connected to a patented sealing system with up to 15 RFID unique code tag, continuously read by the central unit by a main dorsal cable. Points to be sealed can be decided by the customer on the base of his own experience.

Manipulation, damaging, cutting, heating of one of the tags causes its own non response to the reading of the central unit. An immediate alarm is generated and the involved tags is precisely identified with its position on the truck.

The ATS System has been designed to transmit its data to a data concentrator that sends them to the corporate portal. The data concentrators can be the DLC (see above) or the navy system already installed on board of the truck.

The System fits very well also the transport of dangerous pollutants liquids when the total safety (best practice) is required against occasional or intentional spillages.

THE ATS SYSTEM GOT THE ATEx APPROVAL AND IS SUITABLE TO BE INSTALLED IN RISK ZONE “1”.
